Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WOW Webinar website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WOW Webinar provides done-for-you webinar production services, including strategy, scripting, design, live production, promotion, and post-event follow-up. The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate service agreement for each engagement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by WOW Webinar for your webinar become your property upon full payment. WOW Webinar retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule a webinar once at no additional cost with at least 5 business days' notice. Cancellations within 5 business days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

WOW Webinar's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
